Venue & function hire
Birthdays, engagements, christenings, wakes, work dos and the sort of party that needs a bar of its own. We can host 50–100 guests.

Take a room or take the lot. We will match the space to your numbers rather than squeeze you into one size.
Buffets arranged
The kitchen will put on a spread. Tell us the headcount and the budget and we will build it around you.
Sound & karaoke
The PA and karaoke rig come with the room. Bringing a band? Bring a band.
Late licence
Friday and Saturday we run until 1am, so your party is not being chased out at eleven.
How it works
- Ring or email. Tell us the date, the numbers and roughly what you are after.
- Come and have a look. Pop in, walk the rooms and pick the one that fits.
- Secure the date. A £150 deposit holds the booking — and it is refundable once the night is done.
- We sort the rest. Bar, buffet, sound, decorations. The team runs it with you.

Westcliff station is about 750m away — a ten minute walk. Plenty of London Road buses stop within a minute of the door, and we are right next to the Palace Theatre.
Parking
Ample parking at Hamlet Court car park — three minutes on foot.
